Grillin’ Veggie Style

We are vegetarian and love to eat grilled veggies in the summer. Today we made kabobs with carrots, potatoes, pineapple, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.
We also had some zucchini and yellow squash.
And, of course, we had to have some sweet corn.
We also had some portobello mushroom slices but I had them on one of the aluminum trays that I cooked the the other vegetables on, and a big gust of wind came up and blew it across the yard. I hope the bunnies and chipmunks like grilled mushrooms. 😦
So although that made me sad, I was quickly cheered up by the homemade ice cream my sister mixed up.
It was a delicious and fun summer meal. I can’t wait until we do it again.
